There are 2 ways you can cancel your subscription:
- Email us requesting the cancellation at email@example.com Please allow up to 48 hours to respond as our customer support desk manages regular business hours Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm CT.
- Manage your account settings.
- Go to www.mystembox.com/customer/login
- Log in using the email address and password you used to register
- Go to "Your Subscriptions" and select "Edit"
- Choose "Cancel"
- That's it!
A few notes about canceling:
- Canceling prevents auto-renewal and re-billing for your subscription but does not cancel shipments associated with your account.
- i.e. If you signed up January 1, 2017, for a 3-month subscription and cancel on January 30th, 2017, you will still receive February and March shipments, but you will not be renewed on March 1st.
- We cannot refund pending shipments on your subscription if you cancel.
- If you would like to cancel shipments you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We cannot refund renewal-orders 24 hours after renewal. We do our best to keep you informed about upcoming renewals by emailing you up to one week in advance. We highly recommend you add email@example.com to your address book.
